Staset® Series
Designed for semiconductor fabrication and OEM process equipment, Staset combines the safety of a tamper proof switch, the output of a transducer, and the convenience of a gauge in a reliable, cost effective 1 1/8” diameter package. The latest generation Staset series is also a SIL 3 safety capable device.
Available in pressure ranges up to 3000 psi with various voltage output options. The switched output utilizes full analog circuitry and is ISO13849 PLe capable and IEC61508 SIL3 capable. The OLED display indicates the sensed pressure and has several options for units of measure. Constructed using 316L stainless steel for all wetted surfaces, Staset offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of process media.
